Join your friends at the Lauderhill Teen Leadership After School Club

Broward County students in 6th-12th grades are encouraged to join the FREE Teen Leadership After School Club.

Where: John E. Mullin Park Aquatic Center (2000 NW 55th Avenue, Lauderhill, FL 33313)

When: Monday through Thursdays from 3:30pm to 7:00pm (Broward School Calendar school session days only; Closed teacher work days and school holidays)

Who: FREE (for a limited time) to Broward County students ages 12-18 in 6th-12th grades officially attending public/private/home school

*Occasional fees may apply such as for special shirts or select activities/trips

Activities include:

  • Practice public speaking, learn proper etiquette and develop face-to-face positive and professional social confidence.
  • Participate in college, vocational and career planning – BRACE scholarship, job application and interview skills review.
  • Meet professionals from all types of industries and career fields.
  • Take Financial Literacy sessions such as Junior Achievement® courses.
  • Create fundraising events and participate in positive causes for the community.
  • Go on career, educational and volunteer opportunity field trips.
  • Get community service hours towards High School graduation requirements for program participation.
  • Have fun and meet other future teen leaders like you.
