Attention Food Truck Vendors

The City of Lauderhill has updated its registration process for food trucks interested in participating in city-hosted events. All vendors, including those previously registered, must complete a new registration. Please use the link below to be eligible for future participation.

Food Truck Registration

• New System Begins: August 12, 2025
• Vendors must be registered and approved before being invited to any events after this date.
• Event fees will apply based on the event(s) you're selected to attend.
• Vendors who have already received official confirmation from the event host for an upcoming event will not be affected. However, we strongly encourage you to complete the new registration to be considered for future city events.
• Register to receive full details about participation.

Instructions:

• Submit your application with all required documents.
• All forms must be uploaded in PDF format.
• Do not submit incomplete applications they will not be processed.
• Documents must be current and valid; expired documents will be rejected.
• Applications with incomplete, inaccurate, or expired documents/licenses/permits will be considered

Only approved vendors will be contacted with an invitation to participate in upcoming events. We are unable to provide individual application status updates.
