City of Lauderhill Programs
CDBG Forgivable Loan Program
- The City of Lauderhill will soon open applications offering financial support to eligible small businesses

Micro-Loan Program
- Loan Amount: Up to $10,000
- Eligibility: Lauderhill-based small businesses (Up to 5 employees)
- Use of Funds: Business expansion, equipment, marketing, inventory
- Currently Not Available
Commercial Façade Improvement Grant
- Grant Amount: Up to $100,000 (50% match required)
- Eligibility: Lauderhill commercial property owners
- Use of Funds: Signage, lighting, painting, landscaping, windows, doors
- Currently Not Available
Small Business Academy Accelerator (SBAA)
Status: CLOSED
- Open to small businesses located and licensed in Lauderhill
- Business must have a current Lauderhill Certificate of Use License
- Businesses must have operated for at least three consecutive years, which can include time in another city with proof of a prior business license. The most recent year must be as an active, licensed business in Lauderhill.
- Must submit a business plan
- Must attend and complete the 5-week Small Business Academy Accelerator (SBAA) Program
- Previous SBAA awardees not eligible to apply
