What is a Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)?

A Community Redevelopment Agency is an entity created by City government to promote the economic and community revitalization of defined areas.

Lauderhill has two CRA districts: State Road 7 CRA, and Central Lauderhill CRA.

The State Road 7 CRA Plan and the Central Lauderhill CRA Plan will provide more information on how they were established, where they are, their purpose, and, most importantly, the action plans for implementing improvements.

Who oversees Lauderhill's CRA?

Both CRA districts are governed by the Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Lauderhill.
