What is a Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)?

A Community Redevelopment Agency is an entity created by City government to promote the economic and community revitalization of defined areas.

Lauderhill has two CRA districts: State Road 7 CRA, and Central Lauderhill CRA.

CRA Plans

The State Road 7 CRA Plan and the Central Lauderhill CRA Plan provide information on how the two CRAs were established, what areas they cover, their purpose, and, most importantly, the plans of action to implement enhancements.

Who oversees Lauderhill's CRAs?

Both CRA districts are governed by the Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Lauderhill.
