The Lauderhill Police Department is a professionally accredited law enforcement organization having been awarded the prestigious distinction of being accredited by the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation (CFA) in 2005. The Department has been re-accredited in 2008, 2011, 2014 and most recently in June of 2017. The Department was formally recognized by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) in July of 2005. The Lauderhill Police Department is truly a professional organization that meets or exceeds the highest professional benchmarks of the law enforcement profession.
