Attention Utility Billing Customers
We Are Launching a New Online Payment System
Starting April 6, 2026 all customers are required to register and create a new account.
The City of Lauderhill is transitioning to a new online utility bill payment system.
To continue viewing and paying your utility bill online or using automatic payments, all customers are required to register and create a new account in the new Tyler Technology system.
The new system officially launches on April 6, 2026, and the current online payment system will no longer be available. Automatic payments will not carry over and must be re-register in the new system.

Service Disconnection
Please Note: If your City of Lauderhill water service has been disconnected, payments may be made here. Once a payment has been made, please call and speak directly with a Customer Service Representative at (954) 730-3030. After normal business hours, call (954) 714-3132 and leave a message with your name, address, telephone number and order ID confirmation.
Calls received Monday through Thursday between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm will be reconnected on the same day. Calls received between Thursday 8:00 pm and Friday 4:00 pm will be turned on after 4:30 pm on Friday. All calls received after 4:00 pm on Friday will be resolved the next business day.
