  • Are there any deposits to establish services?

    Deposits are not required from new homeowners or tenants. Balances on the account must be paid in full to begin services. For more information, please contact (954) 739-0100.

  • I just purchased a new home. How do I get started?

    New residents must provide a copy of their settlement/closing documents, photo ID, and utility change form. Once received, changes will be made to the water account. Deposits are not required for establishment of services. For any additional questions, please contact (954) 739-0100.

  • My water was turned off. Will I be charged a fee?

    Yes, all residents that are turned off during a billing cycle will receive a $50.00 reconnect charge added to their next upcoming bill.

  • What are my payment options?

    Water bill customers are able to make payments in office, online, by mail, via payment drop box located at City Hall near the building entrance and at TD Bank located at 7345 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Lauderhill, FL 33319. Payment methods are cash, check, money order, Visa and MasterCard. If you have any additional questions, please call (954) 739-0100.

  • What are the standard costs for availability, storm water and garbage?

    The standard rate for availability, storm water, and garbage is $54.57 per month. This amount does not include the usage of water and sewer. For more information, please look at the Utility Rate sheet for detailed rate listings or call (954) 739-0100 for any additional questions.

  • Where are your office hours?

    The City of Lauderhill is open from Monday-Thursday 7:30a-6:00p. We are closed on Friday.


  • Where is your office located?

    The City of Lauderhill is located on the northeast corner of Inverrary Blvd. and W. Oakland Park Blvd. We are the 4 story yellow building. The Customer Service division and Business Center is located on the first floor. If you need any additional help, please call (954) 739-0100.
