DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE (DRC)

The Development Review Committee is comprised primarily of City staff representing an array of disciplines responsible for reviewing development applications and making recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Board. Some of these applications include site plans, amendments to the Land Development Regulations, rezonings, and much more.

PLANNING & ZONING BOARD (P&ZB)

The Planning & Zoning Board is comprised of City residents that have been appointed by the City Commission based on their professional qualifications to review development applications. Some of these applications include site plans, amendments to the Land Development Regulations, rezonings, and much more.
