The Office of the City Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all other City of Lauderhill Departments. In order to promote economic growth and redevelopment, the Office of the City Manager recommends changes to or enhancement of current ordinances. This Department institutes new procedures, codes, ordinances, and policies in response to City Commission directives. It also formulates written administrative policies and procedures to help maintain high quality City services
