The Strategic Planning & Performance Division aligns the City’s long-term vision with annual operations, ensuring that priorities, policy development, and community input guide decision-making. The division oversees strategic planning, annual performance cycles, Quick Wins implementation, and citywide accountability through the Performance Management Office.

Strategic planning helps the City focus on what matters most to residents. It guides decision-making, strengthens alignment across departments, and ensures that resources are used effectively to support long-term community wellbeing. This process also enhances transparency by connecting goals, results, and public accountability.

Quick Wins Initiative

The Quick Wins Initiative is Lauderhill’s high-impact, 90-day performance program that delivers visible improvements across neighborhoods, parks, corridors, public safety, and resident experience. Community Survey

The City of Lauderhill conducts community surveys to gather resident feedback on quality of life, safety, public spaces, and city services. Survey results help shape strategic planning priorities and support development of the Supplemental Plan and the future Refreshed Strategic Plan.

The City is developing a public performance dashboard that will provide accessible updates on progress, Quick Wins, and long-term outcomes. This tool will help residents follow how strategic priorities translate into visible community results.

Performance Management Office (PMO)

The Performance Management Office coordinates citywide accountability, monthly progress tracking, and alignment with the Strategic and Supplemental Plans. The PMO supports reporting, internal coordination, and performance reviews to ensure results remain visible and measurable.
