Service Disconnection

Please Note: If your City of Lauderhill water service has been disconnected, payments may be made using the City’s website. Once a payment has been made, please call and speak directly with a Customer Service Representative at (954) 730-3030. After normal business hours, call (954) 714-3132 and leave a message with your name, address, telephone number and order ID confirmation.

Calls received Monday through Thursday between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm will be reconnected on the same day. Calls received between Thursday 8:00 pm and Friday 4:00 pm will be turned on after 4:30 pm on Friday. All calls received after 4:00 pm on Friday will be resolved the next business day.
