Our staff strive to work efficiently and diligently to make the City of Lauderhill Building Division one of the best permitting divisions in the country. The Building Division is part of the Development Services Department, which also includes Planning & Zoning and Code Enforcement. The Department is located in the Ken Thurston Inverrary Community Center, immediately north of City Hall. This Department was created to house several divisions that assist with a variety of processes related to securing approvals and understanding the applicable city regulations for development on your home or property.

Our team is here to assist you Monday thru Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We strive hard to keep a very “customer friendly” oriented atmosphere in the department.
