Lauderhill Healthy You is a transformative health and wellness initiative designed to improve health literacy, strengthen community connections, and provide residents with access to essential resources. Through a robust citywide communications campaign and the Lauderhill Healthy You Tour, we’re bringing health education, wellness activities, and vital services directly to neighborhoods across Lauderhill.

This initiative is presented by Commissioner Melissa P. Dunn and the Lauderhill Health and Prosperity Partnership (LHPP).

What Is the Lauderhill Healthy You Tour?

The Lauderhill Healthy You Tour is a series of family-friendly, interactive events hosted across Lauderhill’s census tracts. Each event is tailored to meet the unique needs of the community it serves. Residents can enjoy:

Health Literacy Sessions: Learn practical ways to manage chronic conditions, improve mental health, and make informed health decisions.
Wellness Activities: Choose from engaging options like yoga, cooking demonstrations, or financial literacy workshops.
