The Lauderhill Strategic Plan 2025 – 2030 was developed as a roadmap to achieving a shared community vision, shaped through the Vision Process. This five-year plan establishes a results-oriented, neighbor-focused approach to governance, connecting the long-term goals of the Vision Plan with Lauderhill's daily operations.

 The plan allows Lauderhill to:

• Connect policy development with operations
• Ensure decisions are data-driven and well-informed
• Increase transparency
• Measure progress towards achieving outcomes

Each year, the strategic plan will serve as a roadmap to ensure that Lauderhill successfully achieves its mission.
