Maintenance Notice – FPL Vegetation Management: Tree Trimming Schedule and Maps

Florida Power & Light (FPL), through its contractor Asplundh Tree Expert Company, will be conducting tree trimming and vegetation maintenance throughout several areas in Lauderhill over the coming weeks. This important work is necessary to maintain reliable electric service and reduce potential power outages caused by overgrown trees near power lines.

Please take a look at the general boundary map below to see the area path. Residents will be notified in advance of any associated work occurring on their properties.

  1. McArthur Area – Circuit 702734
    General location: Near NW 19th St through NW 36th St and NW 52nd Ave to State Road 7

  2. Springtree Area – Circuit 704664
    General location: NW 44th St to NW 57th St, west of Inverrary Blvd

  3. Springtree Area – Circuit 704663
    General location: NW 44th St corridor near Nob Hill Rd and surrounding residential zones

  4. Rock Island Area – Circuit 701835
    General location: NW 26th St to NW 34th St, between NW 31st Ave and NW 15th Ave
