Woodlands LUPA / Rezoning - 11/10/21 Meeting Postponed

By Order of the Court, items related to the Woodlands, City Commission agenda items 7.b. TO2402 LUPA; 8.a. TO2403 Rezoning; 9.a. TO2488 Development Agreement are postponed indefinitely, as the City Commission is prohibited from taking action on these items. As soon as the Court rules, the City will take the necessary steps to re-schedule the hearing and will notice the public of the date, time, and what form the hearing will take (quasi-judicial or legislative).
