Last week, Vice Mayor Denise D. Grant presented a Domestic Violence Awareness Month Event in conjunction with Charlene Bouie – the founder of Coffee Break with Charley.

The Summit was dedicated to educating and creating domestic violence awareness within our community. The esteemed panel of speakers shared real life solutions to victims as well as their families.

In addition, the panelists shared ideas on how residents of Lauderhill can help victims, support legislation, and donate to causes that make a positive impact on our community.
