Vice Mayor Denise D. Grant's Food Truck Roll Continues With A Celebration Of Cultures

Lauderhill, FL – April 28, 2021 – 6:00 PM – Vice Mayor Denise D. Grant and the City of Lauderhill Economic Development Department are bringing Food Truck Roll: Celebration of Cultures to the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center (3800 NW 11th Place, Lauderhill, FL 33311) on Thursday, May 6th from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. While some of the region’s most popular food trucks dish out fan favorites, a variety of beverages will also be available for sale. There will also be music from a panel of local DJs along with a selection of local vendors showcasing their wares.

"We're thrilled to be able to bring this safe, fun, unique event to the community," said Lauderhill Vice Mayor Denise D. Grant.  “It will be a pleasure to support our local food truck purveyors while celebrating the many different cultures and backgrounds that make Lauderhill a truly diverse city.”

In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's COVID-19 guidelines, all staff, volunteers and vendors will enforce a "no mask, no service" rule. In areas that have the potential for crowding, social distancing will be monitored. There will be plenty of sanitation stations throughout the event and hand sanitizer pumps will be available at each food truck.
