Renaissance Point project participants shovel dirt in a cleared lot

On Thursday, December 17th, the City of Lauderhill CRA held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Renaissance Point project in Central Lauderhill. The newly constructed single-family homes and townhomes are part of the redevelopment effort in the Central CRA District. Several of the CRA’s partners were present to celebrate this auspicious occasion, which included representatives from the Minority Builders Coalition, Broward County, HBR Construction, and Prism Architecture. #Lauderhillproud
