The newly developed inner-city cheer group participated at the Southeast Region Pop Warner Competition and ensured that the City of Lauderhill was represented at the highest level of skill, technique, and professionalism. The squad of cheerleaders are taught more than routines; they are taught to carry themselves with respect, confidence to do their best, and self-discipline to achieve goals. The Lauderhill Royals Varsity and Jr. Pee Wee Cheer arrived at the competition ready to leave everything on the mat!

Despite the nerves, the team secured first place at the Pop Warner Regional Competition!

Shantia Hall and her colleagues Head Coach Lunette Barnes, Yasmine Brown, Shayna Rucker, Aniya Smith, Miya Moultry, Deashia Wells, Harriet Youngblood could not be prouder. Teamwork made the dream work! Next stop: Nationals!
