Youth Council Invites Commissioner Lawrence “Jabbow” Martin as Guest Speaker
Commissioner Lawrence “Jabbow” Martin was invited to speak about the steps he took to become one of our new commissioners and to provide his advice to future leaders.
Nailed It D.I.Y. Studio hosted the event on November 30th, organized by store owner Yvonne Pubien and Easton Harrison Monique (Generation of Hope). It was the last in The Youth Council’s free 5-week program for middle and high school students focused on civic engagement, which covered levels of government, advocacy on political topics, and other related matters.
