  • City of Lauderhill Fire Rescue organized a drive-by celebration to help wish local resident Kyndall a happy 14th birthday while maintaining a safe, physical distance! Watch Kyndall's birthday surprise!
  • Mr. Derek Anderson, a worker at UPS in Lauderhill, has been donating to the United Way of Broward since about 2013. While donating, he never expected his dollar-a-day contribution to lead to a 2020 Audi SUV! See the full story about Derek’s charitable action. Source: Channel 7 News.

  • On August 28, 2020 Lauderhill Police Department Community Relations Unit assisted with a drive-by retirement celebration at Title 1 Migrant & Special Programs School. They were there to celebrate the retirement of Felix McGowan who dedicated 35 years to the Broward County School Board.
