Big Book Drive-Thru Delivers About 12,000 Books to Two Schools

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Montessori Academy in Lauderhill was the second stop in Broward County for the Local 10 News’ Big Book Drive-Thru on Wednesday, July 29th.

About 6,000 books were donated for the students. The Big Book Drive-Thru is held annually by Local 10 News to promote reading proficiency and thereby decrease drop-out rates.
