Staying On Point

In order to keep their skills sharp, the Lauderhill Police Training Unit conducted Police Patrol Rifle qualifications. Every officer who is assigned a patrol rifle attends a demanding three-day course to review the proper deployment and use of the valuable tool. After the initial certification, officers are required to pass a qualification course annually to show profiency with the rifle. By continuiously training, your officers enhance their ability to act when called upon. It is our duty to remain vigilant in order to keep your community safe and to protect those that may be in danger.
