Highlights of Lauderhill Police Enforcement Activity - July 18, 2019

Lauderhill detectives pursued Crime Stoppers tips about drug dealers at the Unika Super Clean Laundry, located at 4100 NW 26 Street.  The tips led detectives to investigate and arrest the business owner, Mirza Awal and employee Kevin Frances. Special Projects Unit (SPU) detectives also received information implicating a third suspect involved, however he was not present during the arrests. The suspect, Tyrie Walker DOB 01/25/94, was a known felon who had been arrested late last year for similar offenses, but was released from jail for a “Pre-Trial Supervision Program.”
