Safety Town Program

On Wednesday, February 27th Chief Stanley and members of the Lauderhill Police Department in partnership with the Lauderhill Fire Department and the City of Lauderhill’s Parks and Leisure Services proudly hosted Safety Town for children from Eagles Nest Charter School.

A field trip, for children ages 3 - 7 years old, through Safety Town is an exciting and fun way for children to learn about a variety of safety topics (such as traffic and pedestrian safety, stranger danger, and plant-canal venomous critters), as they travel through a miniature town visiting different safety stations.
