About Lauderhill

The city is also popular for arts and recreation, featuring signature destinations like Lauderhill Performing Arts Center, Lauderhill Historical Museum, Lauderhill Golf Course and several scenic parks with picturesque trails. Coffee With A Cop
The Lauderhill Police Department partnered with Mr. Roderick Hagan, franchise owner of the McDonalds Restaurant located at 1140 N St. Rd 7, for this year’s first Coffee With A Cop event on January 17, 2019.
Residents, business owners and even members of neighboring police agencies enjoyed a cup of coffee and a McDonald’s breakfast with the Officers of the Lauderhill Police Department. Mayor Thurston, Commissioner Berger, Commissioner Grant, Chief Stanley and other City Officials also stopped by to encourage those in attendance to forge partnerships with their local police officers. The Chief believes that building relationships like these have not only identified problems in our City, but have solved crimes. Stay tuned for more community outreach opportunities like these in the near future.
