Shop With A Cop 2018

The Lauderhill Police partnered with Target and Wawa for the Annual “Shop with a Cop” Program. The program is geared to provide a memorable holiday for deserving kids that have worked hard at school, proved to be a good leader and were selected by their school principals.   Participants started the morning off with a “Welcome Breakfast” provided by Wawa which included Lauderhill staff and Police officers. Then the 10 kids enjoyed spending $150 each, provided by Target, with Lauderhill PD Officers by their sides!  Target even wrapped all their gifts and fed them lunch.  “Shop with a Cop” was very memorable experience for several young Lauderhill residents who would have never imagined they could have such a great day with staff and volunteers from Target, Wawa and the officers at the Lauderhill Police Department! Happy Holidays!!!
