report on the looming Mortgage Foreclosure Crisis in the United
States

property values. It has been fueled by easy credit, low interest
rates, limited available housing, particularly affordable housing,
and it was spurred on by lenders who were earning high profits often
through selling sub prime mortgages and short term adjustable rate
mortgages.
