L I E N I N F O R M A T I O N

Liens are placed on properties for past due invoices for the following:

Code fines
Sidewalk repairs
Clean and mowing of vacant property
Board ups
Bulk Trash Removal (on days bulk removal is not designated by the city)

There is a $100.00 fee for lien search per address which takes seven (7) business days to complete. Expedited lien searches are $200.00 and are returned within two (2) business days.
